Charlton House, Charlton Village, SE7 is the venue for a free concert on Sunday the 14th of October from 1 to 3pm. Greenwich based jazz singer and poet Louisa Le Marchand and Ugandan jazz pianist Kaz Kasozi are joined by some of the top names in British jazz on their album ‘Jazzmoss’. Art Theman on saxophones, Trevor Thomkins on drums, Jim Mullen guitar, Henry Lowther on trumpet and flugel horn. Exciting new talent include Israeli bass player Liran Donin clarinet and saxophonist Mix Amylo a composer in her own right.
The album is full of new original material, great melodies, tantalising lyrics and some hot musicianship. If you love jazz then you will love JAZZMOSS, so don’t miss this great Sunday lunchtime showcase of live jazz, wine and finger buffet provided.
