Alan Steward's fourth album release, a collection of formerly unreleased master recordings shows off the jazzy side of European multi-instrumentalist, producer, songwriter and recording artist Alan Steward. The music on this album is smooth, accessible and you don't really need to be a jazz lover to enjoy these ultra groovy, funky tracks.
From the soothing acoustic guitar solos on the ultra relaxed 'Sweet Dreams' to the driving congas and timbales of 'Miami Heat' this album crosses all the boundaries between funk, pop, jazz and a half dozen other styles.
Every track on this album builds a different soundscape, conjures up different images in the listeners imagination.
Soaring guitars, smooth horn sections and jazzy pianos, synths and organs and of course Alan Steward's years of experience as a producer and engineer paid off in helping make this album a sonic masterpiece that captures the listener from the first track and never lets go.
Alan Steward may be best known for his work on countless movie, video game and television soundtracks but Alan is also a well respected Record Producer who produced hits for Grammy winning artists like the Baha Men (Who let the Dogs out), Dennis Edwards (Don't look any further) and Eddie Kendrix (Keep of Trucking) both original members of the Temptations.
Alan's credits also include session work for some of the industries top artists as a guitarist as well as keyboard player.
