Shisha Cafe, ABC Farms, Koregaon Park presents JAZZ JUNCTION featuring Natasha D'Souza-vocals Natasha all of twenty two years, is one of India's most promising jazz talents. She has an impressive repertoire of jazz standards and has been performing on a resident contract with the Hilton hotel in Mumbai.

Simon Hewitt-saxophone Simon is an Australian saxophonist in India to study the bansuri with Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. He is also a singer/songwriter with four albums out on major record labels in Australia. Tony Dias-keyboards Tony is a classically trained jazz pianist who has worked with Indian jazz legend Braz Gonsalves' band for two years before taking up a music teachers job in Dubai. He also produces and arranges music commercially for ad films aswell as the Indian film industry. Colin D'Cruz-fretless bass Colin has the unique distinction of having performed with just about every jazz artiste in the country. He has also performed with global jazz legends like trumpet player Eddie Henderson, singer Roseanna Vitro and UB40's Graeme Hamilton. He has performed internationally on the world renowned Hennessy XO jazz tour. Rex Monsorate-drums Rex belongs to a family of jazz musicians called the 'Monsorate Brothers'. He has spent well over four decades playing with all kinds o jazz ensembles from trios to thirty piece big bands. He is one of the few drummers in the country who can comfortably nail a straightahead jazz gig. 8th August 2008, 8pm onwards. For more information email: shishajazzcafe@gmail.com
