JANUARY 11, 2009 (ALISO VIEJO, CA)   In a challenging time when people are re-evaluating their material possession obsessions, comes a reminder of the importance of returning to a spiritual perspective. Local guitarist, and multi-instrumentalist/producer, Anthony Terrezza, has just released his 2nd CD, “Return To Spirit”.  The CD delves into the spirit world and expresses these concepts through Fusion Jazz, Light Jazz, “Terrezza-style jazz” and melodic rock/funk with Anthony's smooth vocals.  Jazz pioneer, Dan Siegel, one of the most respected and accomplished artists in contemporary jazz, plays keyboards on 3 very close-to-the heart songs: “Sister's (& Brothers)”, “Message Calling” and “Thunder”.  Some of the hottest drummers in Southern California keep the groove: Jim Blair (Spencer Davis Band, Luther Vandross), Bryan Rosen & Franc Ortega.

As indicated with the song titles (Seventh Ray, Message Calling, Highway 111, Frozen Man, Endless Journey, Cathedral & Planetary Blues) most of the songs on the CD relate to the spirit world in some way.  Whether connecting to ones inner spirit or celebrating the life of a person (or animal) who is returning to spirit form.

Anthony, a highly respected guitarist with unique tones and uncompromising perfection has enjoyed success playing music live in concerts thoughout the US and Germany, as a session player in Los Angeles and Nashville and as a producer.  His unique and creative guitar sounds have been heard on TV Movies (such as Discovery Channel, NBC, ABC & TV Commercials, Radio Jingles, Theme Songs for Talk Radio shows), Children's Albums (Greg & Steve) and his performances have been seen on VH1 with Richard Elliott & Tower of Power; and at countless concert venues!

This 2nd CD follows his debut CD, “Higher Ground”, released in 2003 and recorded in Nashville, TN.  This CD includes a tribute song to the men and women who died on the Columbia Space Shuttle, entitled “Outer Space”.  Rand Bishop, hit songwriter, co-wrote the lyrics to jazz/pop style “Pacific Sunset”.
