Ivan Acosta’s How To Create A Rumba, to be released theatrically by Hargrove Entertainment in Spring 2003, will get the party started when it opens the Latin Jazz Film Festival component of the Smithsonian Institution’s "Latin Jazz: La Combinacion Perfecta" Exhibit on October 23rd in Washington D.C.
