An interesting foreword by the author discusses breifly what the language of the music industry is.  To the point, it is a helpful discussion.

From A to Z follows, and each entry is well-written.  Here is a sample from this fine little dictionary:    "Plugola -- a bribe or secretive payment given to a journalist, editor or reviewer to obtain favorable publicity or reviews. (Compare with payola.)"

A Concise guide to Music Industry Terms is a handy reference.  Well-written, and useful.
