Jumpin @ The Border by Josh Workman

Heart throb & gentleman jazz guitarist Josh Workman bathes us immediately with gleeful improvisations, seasoned with an array of interesting hamonies & chord progressions. Workman & his group are an obvious gathering of highly experienced journeymen players who still enjoy their gifts...........And, have no problem plying their wares on us, their discriminating audience. This is a group in obvious contrast to the many other similar aggregations that seem to place less emphasis on their production..........Ergo, a lesser product for the public to enjoy. Kudos to Josh & his group for giving us extremely versatile & sensitive music...........And, for exemplifying the possibilities a group can produce to be the epitome of taste & tightness.
