The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is one of the most lovely collections of seasonal jazz music to come along down the pike in several whiles! It is a remarkable journey with the jazz group Take 6. They are in top form with this collection and it is one that will be played longer than the holiday season! It is, simply put, a memorable music journey!

There are ten songs on this CD collection that truly lighten the mood of any person listening to them. Among the songs are found such gems as "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," "White Christmas," "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" (which also featuraes prior to the song a section called Grinch Introduction and The Grinch), "Sleigh Ride," a beautiful rendition of "I'll Be Home For Christmas," "It Came Upon A Midnight Clear," "The Sugarplum Dance" (Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy), "I Saw Three Ships," "Jingle Bells" and "Christmas Time Is Here."
