World Jazz A Cappella by SoVoSo

Vocal creativity at its best! If jazz vocals are your thing, then you're going to love this new release by A Cappella Records. SoVoSo is a dynamic explosion of voice and song. This group was originally assembled by vocalist virtuoso Bobby Mcferrin (Mr. Voice) back in 1986 as the a cappella group "Voicestra".

Each of the group members is a technically sound soloists that adds their own particular strength to this powerful group. SoVoSo's members are Joey Blake, Nicolas Bearde, Sunshine Garcia, Melanie Rath, Rhiannon, David Worm with Edgardo Cambon as a special guest. Renaming themselves in 1994 they picked the name SoVoSo which means "from the Soul to the Voice to the Song". SoVoSo creates a blend of jazz, gospel, rhythm and blues, world, pop and some groovy improvisational music that truly penetrates your soul and makes you what to burst out in song. This album contains something for everyone and makes you appreciate pure vocals that stand strong on their own without the need for instrumental backup.

These singers explore totally new depths of what the human vocal chords are capable of doing. You will definitely want to experience this vocal world of rhythmic and harmonious bliss. Check it out!
