Portrait by Jennifer Hall

This recording was composed, arranged with Midi Orchestrations by Tom Kubis featuring Cold September Morning composed by Steve Allen.

Another side of Jennifer Hall is showcased in this interesting recording. The reflective persona of Miss Hall is certainly evident in her solos. Pure passion and soul are the hallmarks of her soliloquies.

A rainy day ambiance with nostalgic musings are created in Hall's lovely rendition of "Atlantic Snowfall". The Baritone Sax was created for a tune such as this and Hall takes full advantage of it with a magnificent performance. The listeners mind will reflect the mood of this song with a myriad of ideas gently prodding our senses as Miss Hall injects her hypnotic excursion into pure night music.

Steve Allen's "Cold September Morning" featured a moving solo by Tom Kubis at the Piano. His superb comping for Jennifer Hall's Baritone gave the song even more beauty.

Jennifer Hall is a brilliant woodwind artist whose range of styles makes for total absorbtion by the listener. She is an enchantress with a magic wand...The Baritone Saxophone.
