Soul of Many Moods (Jack in the Box) by Soul of Many Moods

"Soul of Many Moods" or "Jack" is hitting audiences with a CD that last nearly seven minutes.

The first part is interpreted by singer Linda Felder with a beautiful gospel style and emotional performance.

There is a story-line to follow when listening to Linda Felder, who shapes the tones with clear timbre to recall melodic notes. "Soul of Many Moods" possesses the loose feel of spontaneous improvisation and confidence.

"Soul of Many Moods Instrumental" is the second piece of the CD, composed by Robert Powell to recall a journey of faith. It grooves. Bassist and organist, Denis McCalla explores the melody very smoothly. The track is jazzy but also carries the blues.

This release is an introduction to what Linda Felder is all about as a singer and her input is both well achieved and emotional. If listeners want to know about Soul of Many Moods, this a nice way to find out about their souls.
