The Stanton Moore Trio continues to share its wonderfully creative talents with the jazz listening audience, and this CD collection is a fine exhibit of their fine work together both on a solo and on a group sound. Each musician is remarkably in tune with the other in this outstanding collection of original jazz music.

There are eleven songs on the CD. Among them are such entertaining jazz journeys as "(Late Night At The) Maple Leaf" which is a winner in all aspects and will probably be among their collected hits ones of these fine days, "Over (Compensatin')," "(I Have) Super Strength," "Thanks! (Again)," "(Put On Your) Big People Shoes," among others. Each song is unique unto itself!

There is not a sour note anywhere in this fine jazz collection. Each note reflects a theme, and each theme is fully developed and explored to the joy of the jazz listening audience. Each listening will allow the jazz audience an opportunity to explore the intimate creativity taking place in the song performance.

If you are looking for something fresh and different, this should be among your considerations. As jazz collections go, this CD is finely crafted and reflects the talents of a gifted trio hard at work enjoying what they like to do and sharing that enjoyment with the jazz listening audience.

Hats off the the Station Moore Trio for a job well done!  This CD is great fun and enjoyable!
