Review: Rob Ryndak is one of the finest contemporary jazz pianists performing, and his new CD release from Southport titled STAY WITH IT will find a wide listening audience among jazz fans. Ryndak is both stylish and innovative in this collection of 10 selections. He is joined by many guest artists, but the spotlight is on the talent of Rob Ryndak.

Selections include "Bell Rock," "Stay With It," "Piano Interlude For Clare," "Compassion," "Nepsis," and the wonderfully intricate "Bliss" which runs 7:47 minutes. "Gentle Gubbio" is another gem of a fine jazz song with Bobby Lewis on flugelhorn putting in a great performance! Some of the musicians appearing with Rob Ryndak include Steve Cole on soprano saxophone, Amir Elsaffar on trumpet, Jim Gailloretto on flute, among many others. Every musician is topnotch.

Rob Ryndak knows how to make his piano sing a fine jazz tune, and he is one of the tops in his field, sensitive, stylish, innovative, sharing, and enjoyable. STAY WITH IT is a highly likeable collection of jazz music, original and entertaining listening.
