Summer's just about over and award winning jazz vocalist Laurie Krauz is planning one last hot fling at Chez Suzette before the cool breezes set in. She's inviting everyone to stop by Chez Suzette on September 12th from 8:30 to 11:00 to sample some delicious French cuisine and some savory jazz. With Daryl Kojak at the piano, Sean Conly on bass and Dwayne "Cook" Broadnax on drums, it'll smoke. Here's what Michael Laprarie of JazzReview.com has to say about Laurie: "Krauz possesses a voice of remarkable range and dynamics. She is also a talented improviser who has a remarkable understanding of the jazz language. When she is ready, Krauz comes straight at you with both barrels blazing, her voice moving from a whisper to a joyous howl within the space of a bar."
