Jazz has always set the tone for romance. Whether it was Miles Davis’ flirtatiousness on Kind of Blue, Sarah’s warmth on I’ve Got A Crush on You or Nat King Cole’s velvet voice on The Very Thought of You. This Valentine’s Day locals will be able to dazzle that special someone with 25 of the most romantic jazz tunes of all time at 17 Main Restaurant and Jazz Bar as they will feature The Coco Rouzier Quartet.
The Coco Rouzier Quartet is a four-member jazz band led by Coco Rouzier on vocals, Tim Bayless on Piano, Yoshi Waki on Bass and Noel Paris on Drums. Working in the same style that made jazz legends like Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughn, Coco will be singing classic tunes such as Bewitched, L.O.V.E., My Funny Valentine, Our Love is Here to Stay and twenty-one other standards that will surely set the stage for a perfect romantic evening.
