In November 2002, John Beaudin of Smoothjazzcanada.com, interviewed smooth jazz vocalist, Tony Adamo. That interview generated radio airplay in Canada and the U.S. for Adamo’s new CD, DANCE OF LOVE on Rhombus Records. Soon after, Peter North, music director of CKUA Radio Canada, started working Tony’s music into the station’s format. In March of 2003, Skyjazz Radio Canada made Adamo "New Artist Discovery of the Month" and started playing "Hey Lou," featuring Ernie Watts with Rodney Franklin.
