This is one of seven CD's in my collection from the multi talented Lonnie Liston Smith (yes he is of Expansions fame). This album demonstrates the perfect blend of jazz instrumentals, fusion cuts and superb vocal performances from long time collaborator Spencer Harrison on lead male vocal (a la Jon Lucien / Lou Rawls style). Gabrielle Goodman offers a powerful performance on female vocal with added guest input from Marion Meadows and Gary Bartz. Every track is a masterpiece! This CD is probably hard to find now but well worth searching out, originally released on Startrak Records 1991.
