1-2-3 is an enjoyable jazz CD with The David Friesen Trio performing some fine selections! There are 10 selections on this CD, and each is a gem.

One of the best renditions with trio work of the classic, "My Funny Valentine," is found here, with each performer giving a unique vision of the song for the listener. Also, "Come Rain or Come Shine" and "How Deep Is The Ocean" receive intelligent, well-crafted performances.

Each performer has a very nice jazz vision to tell and share, and together, as a trio, it is a pleasant revelation. A very nice collection of music.

"Dark Sky" is must listening, too. This trio has a lot of class, and style!
