I was sad to hear Mojazz was falling into the big blackhole of lost jazz labels. But it was mainly because growing rosters of new smooth jazz artist; which Norman Brown and Wayman Tisdale was become the stars of the label. Well I guest some other jazz labels could see the talent also. So they went out signed them right up. Starting with that basketball player Wayman Tisdale. Last year he invited us to watch him play. Well I enjoyed listen to him play his bass alot more than watch him play Hoops. And with his new Altantic Jazz release he can still take it to the hole. Wayman can play bass. From the opening track Breakfast with Tiffany to last track Miles Away, he hits the right notes. He also has an all-star roster helping out . You know players like Mr Brown, Gerald Albright, Marcus Miller and Brain Culbertson. And its Fun for all hear. So play on Wayman.
