I can't think of a finer way of starting off the century and the year 2000 than with this romantic jazz CD and its smooth jazz of eleven selections! There is a lot of sweet sensual pleasure in listening to that wonderful voice of Denise Montana accompanied by pianist Jeff Gordon. A remarkable pair of jazz musicians! "Aqua De Beber" and "I've Grown Accustomed to His Face" are outstanding performances, like each selection is on this beautifully crafted CD.

Montana and Gordon give the listener a wonderful ride in their joint composition, "Just Think Of It," which is very worthy of much air-time playing on jazz radio stations! And, everytime I think of this fine CD, I think of the jazz rendition of "I Remember You," which is a classic performance of a classic Johnny Mercer song.

For a female jazz vocalist and accompanying pianist, this is a classic recording with all the stops out and all the joy of good jazz performances at the front!
