Dogmental by Andy Biskin Quintet

DOGMENTAL is a collection of 15 jazz works by Andy Biskin, performed by Andy Biskin on clarinet with his group. Enjoyable, humorous, whimsical, wry and humorous, defines these individual pieces from the gifted composer and filmmaker, Andy Biskin.

There is a sense of joy and delight that come across in these appealing tunes, and for a debut CD, Andy Biskin is in fine form and sharing the enjoyment of performing with the jazz listeners! There is definitely a lot of wry wit in these pieces, which the jazz listeners will discover immediately!

Some of the titles include "Laughing Stock," "Dogmental," Table Manners," "Brunching at the Bristol," "Flim Flam," among others. "Rondel" is a clever little tune that has a unique humor all of its own!
