Richmond, Virginia native Jim Adkins makes a "Turning Point" in his life with a 10-track album produced by Smooth Jazz Award winner Ken Navarro and recognition of being a two-time BillBoard song contest winner.

"Turning Point," Adkins' third album, contains one of the winning songs, "Wind Dancing." This song was also selected out of more than 50,000 songs to be included on MP3's 103 of the Best Songs You've Ever Heard CD Volume 1, distributed to many music fans.

Adkins' inspired guitar melodies are felt throughout, providing a musical backdrop of the warm winds and gentle showers of the South.
