Klezmer musician David Krakauer with his clarinet journeys into new Jewish dance territory with jazz and blues motifs within a world music setting as he interprets classic Klezmer themes. Rich in scope, the CD will have special appeal to jazz listeners interested in world influences featuring the use of clarinet and accordion as performance instruments. Will Holshouser is very good on the accordion and his solo work is finely-crafted in these performances.
