Why Shouldn't I? by Elaine Miles

Of all the over produced, over record and over arranged stuff I've been bombarded with in the last 2 decades (not meaning that is a bad thing...), soft and sweet Elaine Miles, with simply great guitarist Loyal McAvoy, let you breath freely among the notes. I find this CD to be brave in it's simplicity and rawness. The cleanest recordings I've ever heard. It's like they are right there between your speakers with no microphones and just you and them. So cool and tasteful are these performances, I want to light candles and dine on something fresh. Like after tasting a 100 candy shops, that rare sweet peach becomes a wonderful thing. Beyond delightful, it's Adorable...
