Speak Beak by Regina "Beaky" Johnston

This is a new singer on the block, and she is very good with the American Songbook. Beaky is the name she goes by, and with SPEAK BEAK, she brings the jazz audience a nice collection of songs. Vibrant, sensitive, energetic, her voice soars.

There are ten songs on the CD, each a gem in its own way. The songs include: "Moonlight in Vermont," "Black Coffee," A Foggy Day," "But Not For Me," "Skylark," "You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To," "The Man I Love," "Will You Still Be Mine," and "Angel Eyes."

Nice and easy, a fine collection. Enjoyable.
