APRIL 23, 2002 SEATTLE The World Trade Center Seattle (WTCSE), located at 2200 Alaskan Way near Pier 66 on Seattle’s waterfront is opening the doors of its beautifully appointed fourth floor waterfront dining room and patio, to concertgoers on their way to enjoy the AT&T Wireless Summer Nights at the Pier sponsored by Volkswagen located at Seattle’s Pier 62/63. Six concerts through out the summer have been selected for those looking for an exclusive pre-concert festivity with great food, incredible panoramic views of the Seattle waterfront and Elliott Bay, and exclusive concert benefits.
The exclusive VIPier Packages include reserved VIP concert seating, exclusive access to the hospitality suite located at the Pier 62/63 concerts, valet parking at WTCSE, and pre-concert dining at WTCSE. Packages start at $90 per person. Chef Matthew Baer of WTCSE has designed specially tailored dining menus each evening coordinating with the specific night’s performance. When Lyle Lovett & His Large Band roll into town on June 23, 2002 the dinner selection is "Down-Home Southern Comfort" which includes Southern fried chicken tenders, down-home sweet potato chips, fresh fruit skewers, country style coleslaw, and vegetable roulade.
