From his outpost in Sutton Coldfield, gifted, multi-faceted ‘new Latinaire’ Perry has achieved the impossible taking the definitive Brazilian vibe of Marcos Valle and making it his own. Each track sounds ‘a classic’. Imagine Marcos Valle crossed with Chris Brann by way of Marc Cary wow!

Working with silken-voiced vocalist Liz Parkes, Perry is creating wonderful ‘nu-Braziliance’ here while paying tributes, in passing, to jazz heroes Pharoah Sanders, Horace Silver, Cannonball Adderley and Doug Carn.
