Drums Live III

Drums Live! is a show created by Toronto drummer/educator Rob Brown. Now in it's third year, this celebration of the art of drumming is being recognized as Toronto's premier annual drum show with the crowds getting larger every year. Past guest drummers include Larnell Lewis, Jeff Salem, Vito Rezza and Wilson Laurencin. The show is meant to entertain, educate and inspire drummers and other musicians of all levels and, most importantly, showcase local talent. The uniqueness of the show is achieved by its format which, we believe, is what draws people out. There are three drum kits on the stage, three sets of live music and a closing grand finale drum solo involving all three drummers.

Along with the cast of drummers the show also features some of the best musicians in Canada so Drums Live! is not just for drummers. It’s a show created by musicians for musicians and for anyone of any age that just loves live music.

All of our shows are ‘all ages’ events. As the popularity of the show grows we believe it will gain national exposure joining the ranks with the Montreal and Cape Breton Drum Fests.

This year's cast is Mark Kelso, Rob Brown and Montreal's Paul Brochu. There will also be some great special guest musicians performing that night.

The show will be held at Canada Christian College, 50 Gervais Drive in Toronto. Time : 8:00pm General Admission: $15, doors open @ 7
