Valued at over $3,000, the campaign runs for 3 months providing Online/Viral/Lifestyle, Promotion, Marketing, PR, SEO and Mobile services, promoting the talented winning, unsigned Artist or Band.
The "Promote Me Like A Rockstar" competition is not a game of chance. It is a promotion based on skill and performance. The public* voting section will serve to influence the eventual top 5 place competitors. Finalists will be announced on July 1 and will perform live on the Whotune.com "Jam Cam Global Stage" on July 2nd. Following their live appearance the Judges will ask the finalists questions, and they will then be judged based on the following criteria: skill, commercial appeal, performance quality and commitment to their career. The Grand Prize winner will walk away with the 3 month "Top of the Beanstalk" marketing campaign, while 2nd & 3rd place winners will win Web ‘n Retail’s smaller "Plant the Seed"; one month campaigns.
The "Promote Me Like A Rockstar" competition is open to all current Whotune.com registered members and those who register during the promotional period from any Country except those countries where Competitions are banned by law. Solo artists, bands & musicians are all invited to enter. Participants may enter 1 song of original material to the competition and with the diverse Whotune.com audience it should be a track with the most mass appeal. No cover songs or songs incorporating samples of other’s work will be accepted.
