The Fish Middleton Jazz Scholarship Fund, Inc. grants scholarships on an annual basis to emerging Jazz artists for their educational and artistic development. Applications/tapes are adjudicated by professional Jazz musicians, and the ten finalists are invited to perform in a competition at the Annual East Coast Jazz Festival, held every President's Day Weekend, in Rockville, Maryland.
