Aside from "Partisans" (the band Julian co-leads with guitarist Phil Robson) this quartet is his main project. Liam Noble is a powerful pianist whose playing can be melodic, but with excursions into free territory. Jeremy Brown and Asaf Sirkis are a strong and supple rhythm section.
