1. How to Enter: To enter, visit the Jazzreview.com website and fill out an on-line Giveaway form that includes name, and email address. All on-line entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time on the last day of the month. Follow the on-screen directions to fill out the entry form. JazzReview.com will not accept any entries from automated contest sites. Only one entry per person or household sharing the same email address. No purchase is necessary to be eligible.

2. Prizes: X number of prizes from the sponsor of the said months giveaway to be given to X number individual winners.

3. Odds: The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of eligible entries.

4. Eligibility: Open to individuals of any age. Employees of Jazzreview.com, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, agents and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) are ineligible.
