Biography:

Blossom Dearie began her career with six acclaimed titles produced by Norman Granz on Verve.  Going on to be an international artist Blossom has large fan bases In North America, England, Japan, Australia and Brazil.  She continues to perform in New York City(info. on her website) and records exclusively for her label Daffodil Records(CDs discounted when purchased directly from daffodilrecords.com)

Featuring the ever poplular song "I'm Hip" by Dave Frishberg, that became Blossom's trademark.  As well as one of the last songs Johnny Mercer wrote the lyrics to "I'm Shadowing You".  The disc is rounded out with lovely ballads(A Face Like Yours, Many's The Time(written by Blossom) and How Do You Say Auf Wiedersehn?) and jazz favorites(Saving My Feeling For You, Isn't That The Thing To Do, Feelin' Groovy etc).  This CD has been Blossom's most sought after, routinely selling on gemm.com or in record shops for over $200.00!  Finally, on it's 30th anniversary Daffodil presents it to fans remastered and on CD for the first time.  $11.99(can be autographed)
