So for every $0.98-cent track purchased, the artist or label receives $0.49 cents or each full album sold for $9.88, the artist receives $4.94. jazzreview.com pays all payment processing and server hosting fees out of our 50% of the sale.

• Artists or labels are paid on a quarterly basis and are able to track their sales online at anytime through our member's area. A series of detailed reports makes it easy to monitor and track the sales of your CDs.

1. First step is to be sure that you understand and comply with the U.S. Copyright laws, which apply the same to digital music sales as they do to hard-copy CD sales. It is your responsibility to pay any royalties for any music you choose to sell on jazzreview.com. For more information on copyright laws, please refer to http://www.copyright.gov/carp/

2. The next step is to register yourself as a jazzreview.com registered member; which will allow you access to our member's area for submitting information and sales tracking purposes. If you have previously submitted information to jazzreview.com via our forms, you have probably already registered. If not, simply go to: http://www.jazzreview.com/store/register_form.html and fill out our simple member’s registration form.

3. Once registered, search our database to see if your CD is already featured in our database. To search for your CD, go to: http://www.jazzreview.com/cd/search.html If your CD is already in our database, simply complete steps 4 and 5; if not, skip to steps 6- 8.

4. Next, please submit the information for the CD that you would like to sell on jazzreview.com by completing the information form located at: http://www.jazzreview.com/store/cd/add_cd_form.html You will be asked to login prior to submitting your CD information. The information form will collect all the important data about your CD such as: artist name, CD title, label, year released, etc. Please fill out this information as completely and accurately as possible. The submitted information will make up the data which will accompany your online download selling page. You also have the option to elect to giveaway up to two free tracks per CD. Through our research, giving away some tracks gives people an opportunity to listen completely to your musical style and as a result purchase more of your music.

5. After filling out the CD Information form, you will be asked to enter your credit card information if you will be paying your annual $35.00 CD hosting fee online via credit card. You may also opt to send in a check or money order made payable to "jazzreview.com" to the address below when you send in your CD to us.
